Great as usual. One of my hearing aids would not charge. It was sent in to be repaired or replaced. She cleaned my charger and took her time explaining things about the aids and charger time. Very professional.

The visit was great, the people are friendly and very helpful. The best thing is they are professional. I understood the whole process and I'm getting the help I need to hear better again. Can't wait for the follow up soon. Oh,and they help on the cost and payment plan....
